Sammy Sebok
Owner & CEO
Meet Sammy Sebok, a powerhouse coach whose passion for unleashing human potential knows no bounds.
With an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assistance and certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Byrd Sports Performance, Sammy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Iron Saints family.
But Sammy’s journey goes far beyond mere credentials.
As a Natural Athlete Strength Association Hall of Fame inductee and Lifetime Achievement Award winner, Sammy has proven himself as a force to be reckoned with in the world of powerlifting.
With elite totals in two weight classes and the 8th highest total worldwide (in 2020) in the 308lb single ply category, Sammy’s dedication to his craft is truly awe-inspiring.
Yet, it’s Sammy’s ability to translate his own triumphs into life-changing moments for his clients that sets him apart.
He lives for those breakthrough moments when an athlete realizes they can shatter their own limitations, watching their confidence soar to new heights.
With a particular affinity for lower body and speed training, Sammy takes immense pride in helping athletes unlock their full potential on and off the field.
Sammy’s own transformation began at the end of his junior year when he started training with a coach who changed his life.
This experience not only earned him the title of Most Improved Player in his county but also opened the door to a college football career and ignited his passion for powerlifting.
Sammy’s coach, John Cooper, instilled in him the belief that training can change your life and teach you invaluable lessons, emphasizing the responsibility to make others better than you ever were.
It’s this philosophy that drives Sammy every day at Iron Saints.

Josh Lilly
Performance Coach
Meet Coach Josh Lilly — a powerhouse of strength, technique, and athlete development at Iron Saints.
With nearly a decade of dedicated training experience and a deep commitment to mastering his craft, Coach Josh brings a unique blend of knowledge, discipline, and real-world performance to the Iron Saints team. Currently working toward his NASM certification, he has spent years learning under multiple high-level coaches and refining his understanding of biomechanics, nutrition, training methodology, and optimal technique.
Coach Josh isn’t just strong — he’s elite. His all-time best lifts include a 735 lb squat, 480 lb bench press, and 665 lb deadlift. But what truly sets him apart is how he uses that experience to empower others. By working closely with dietitians and coaches across a wide range of training disciplines, he’s gained a level of technical insight that allows him to teach, correct, and elevate athletes of all levels.
At Iron Saints, Josh has sharpened his ability to spot technique issues instantly, coach movement patterns safely, communicate clearly with athletes, and adapt training based on age, experience, and individual strengths or limitations. His coaching is grounded in intention, precision, and a desire to help every athlete unlock their full potential.
When it comes to favorite coaching moments, Josh doesn’t point to one big highlight — because for him, the magic is in the everyday wins. He cares deeply about every kid who walks through the gym doors. His favorite part of coaching is watching athletes grow comfortable, gain confidence, and open up to the environment. Once that happens, everything changes. Their speed improves. Their strength skyrockets. Their coordination sharpens. And they begin to realize exactly what they’re capable of.
As an athlete himself, Josh loves the grind — especially tempo squats, a movement that forces control, precision, and total focus. The longer he’s under the bar, the better. It’s the kind of work that demands everything from you, and that feeling of earning every rep is what keeps him pushing forward.
Josh’s inspiration comes from within. What once started as a competitive drive to be stronger than the people around him has evolved into something deeper — a commitment to becoming a version of himself he can be proud of, and to showing up better than he was yesterday.
For him, the best part of coaching will always be the athletes. Seeing their excitement, watching their progress, and being trusted enough that they feel comfortable talking, laughing, and being themselves in the gym — that’s what means the most.
His advice for anyone thinking about joining Iron Saints is simple:
